How long have you been together? 17 years - wow - that's a record for me!
How long did you know each other before you started dating? about two years
Who asked whom out? who do you think? haha - I suggested that "Mr. Baer" should come over for a movie and I'd cook dinner sometime.
How old are each of you? Steve is 55 and I'm 52
Whose siblings do you see the most?
Definitely mine - and definitely just one of them.
Which situation is the hardest on you as a couple? Balancing work and time for each other; it used to be parenting but that is pretty much a done deal now!
Did you go to the same school? No.
Are you from the same home town? No -I'm from Wynne, AR. He's from Peoria, IL.
Who is smarter? Tough one. We are each smarter in different areas. He's better at putting things together and figuring things out. I'm a better speller and assertive communication person.
Who is the most sensitive? Probably a tie there, except I cry easier. Only have seen Steve cry two times. Me...lots. I even cry during the national anthem.
Where do you eat out most as a couple? We like fast food: Taco Bell and Arbys. We like for a place where you don't have to unwrap your food: Olive Garden and Fridays.
Where is the furthest you two have traveled together as a couple? Boston
Who has the craziest exes? haha - I win! I have plenty!
Who has the worst temper? Easy one there...Steve doesn't even have one of these. Mine is quick but I also get over it easy unless someone has done something to one of my kids - then it takes a lifetime to be forgiven.
Who does the cooking? Usually shared, but recently since I've had longer hours Steve has been cooking more and then I do the clean-up. I really like to cook on the weekends when I have time and don't have to be RUSHED!
Who is the neat-freak? Steve more than me. I get on cleaning jags but on a dialy basis it is more Steve.....I've never even picked up a sock or a glass after him....yeah, that qualifies him to win this round.
Who is more stubborn? haha--well, everyone will think this is hands down ME, but NO one can change the mind of this man once he makes up his mind. Believe me! There aren't many things that he draws a line in the sand about but when he does, it is all over!
Who hogs the bed? Easy one..Steve.
Who wakes up earlier? Easy one...Dianne. Gotcha there...you would've never guessed!
Where was your first date? My apartment.
Who is more jealous? Me, most definitely. He never notices.
How long did it take to get serious? About two minutes. When I opened the door and he had a bouquet of pink roses and a bottle of wine, I fell. Hard.
Who eats more? Easy one...he does. Way more.
Who does the laundry? About equal actually. Just whoever is around when it needs "doing."
Who's better with the computer? Me! Self taught!
Who drives when you are together? Me! I get carsick if I ride.
