Greg was excited to get some new shoes to play tennis in along with some new flip flops. (he wears them year-round, so they DO wear out a lot!). Rachel and Jon and Mary Beth gave him a print called Fayetteville..from the Best Blocks series, which is awesome. We will get an order in for framing soon! Good choice folks!
Steve had gotten an early gift from Rachel and Chris of tickets to see the Boston Red Sox while we were there. The rest of us must have had grilling on our minds because Mary Beth and Jon and I all picked out supplies for the grill. Greg spent several ours reformatting Steve's laptop that had begun to move slow as a turtle. He is thrilled! It is so good to have a computer tekkie in the house now!
On Saturday afternoon we took Greg and Mary Beth to see the house we have been looking at (see previous post) to get their opinion. They both agreed it had great potential and loved the quiet and privacy.
We had a good weekend together...of course we had one missing puzzle piece and that would be Rachel...that would have made it perfect. Greg's friend, Heather, joined Jon and Mary Beth, Steve and I for a new board game called "Last Word" which is pretty fun. It got funnier as the night went on. And Mary Beth discovered she DOES like corn on the cob, which was the last of our family to join in!
Jon and Mary Beth brought their two labs with them, which made Zoie and Koko stressed out...but we all managed! They are so funny playing and wrestling together like children.
All in all it was a good weekend. I'm so thankful for Greg and Steve...I can't imagine my life without them.
Here's photos from the weekend: (my preview thing is still messing up and I get all of the letters and crap instead of the photos when I'm looking at it--if anyone knows a solution, please let me know! It used to work fine!)

Looks like a fun weekend. Did you have time to look at any more houses?
