This afternoon Connie and Glo joined Steve and I to have the realtor show us the house we have been looking at...and keep coming back to over and over. Their vote was an overwhelming yes! We are excited that they liked it as much as we did...or at least as much as I do. Steve is much more cautious and still wants to keep looking around. The house is not brand new and I think he would like it more if it were. The problem with that is that if it were new, we likely wouldn't be getting the great extra garage/storage and landscaping, etc. We have looked at what feels like a million houses. Ours is not even on the market yet. I think we will likely have to put about half of the stuff in our house in storage in order to de-clutter it...which they say is really what helps sell a house these days. Yikes! So much work to do and soon!!! I continue with my feeling that if it is meant to be it will be. I do get a great feeling when I go to this house...I can see us there.

Our realtor, Janet Richards is an old friend and one of the best realtors I have seen. She's not pushy at all and doesn't stop looking for answers when we ask.
The fabulous foursome have reviewed the entire house and it could be a keeper!
